The APEX Training Center is a subsidiary of Appalachian Therapy Center, the leader in Blount County’s sports rehabilitation programs. We offer general fitness, sports performance training, and individual/team training camps as well as injury rehabilitation and injury prevention programs. Located within the Cherokee Athletic Facility, The APEX Training Center provides Blount County with the facility to achieve health and wellness as well as athletic success.
