Doug Bochtler – CEO

Doug played professional baseball for 16 years, finally retiring just this year because of ongoing injuries. The seed for Cherokee Athletic Facility was planted by Doug’s visits to a similar facility near his hometown in West Palm Beach, Florida. Previously, Doug founded a pitching video company, which he has run for 2 years called Pitch Right.

Ed Cunningham – Vice-President

Extraordinarily skilled in retail sales and will be a valuable asset to The Retail Facility. Ed Cunningham has been known throughout Blount County since 1992 when his mattress company evolved (Beds To Go). Ed has also coached numerous little league teams at Maryville Little League.

Joe Black (AACET, Inc.) – Secretary

The CEO, President, and founder of Appalachian Therapy Center. One of the more widely known and respected health care providers in the state, Joe brings vision and charisma to the Management Team.
